This 4 bedroom all en suite "farmhouse for all seasons", is situated in arguably the most sought after valley in the Porte du Soleil. It feels peaceful like rural France and yet is only 500m from the Nyon Telepherique which  provides easy access to Les Gets and Morzine ski areas and is just 2 minutes drive from the traditional Savoyard town with its outstanding facilities and wonderful choice of all year round activities.

Cosy and spacious, this 4 level "home from home" includes a sunken "hot tub"with "light show and fountain ", a "Cave" with external access for ski equipment and bicycles, a spacious "Salon" with the original exposed Oak beams and a stunning stone fireplace. A large sliding glass door equipped with an electric shutter opens out onto a long balcony providing extraordinary mountain vistas. A magical loft bedroom affords amazing views through skylights where you feel you could touch the mountain. Modern facilities include HD TV, WiFi, Ipod docking stations, Smeg kitchen appliances, Glass wine cooler, Nespresso and filter coffee machines. A double garage with automatic door completes a high standard of accommodation that enjoys stunning views through every window.

In Winter, our driver can chauffeur you around the resorts and until 0130hrs. Alternatively, every hour a free bus service approximately 100 metres from the front door transports you to a variety of lifts and surrounding towns including Avoriaz where there is access to the vast 650km of exhilarating pistes. Electronic ski passes facilitate easy transfer into Switzerland enhancing the countless opportunities for all levels of skier.With 248 ski runs; 26 Black, 100 reds, 106 blue, 34 greens everyone's wildest dream can be fulfilled. Sleigh rides, snow-shoe treks, ice diving and climbing, night skiing, skating, ballooning, paragliding, nocturnal sledging and snowmobiles are all available.

In Summer an exceptional environment of flora, fauna and adventure awaits; Summit vistas, swimming, tennis, "bearded vultures" soaring above, mountain cycling, via ferrata, golf, horse riding, canoeing the rapids of the River Dranse, fishing or simply idling the time away with a bottle of wine and local cheese as you immerse yourself in the local culture. Mt Blanc's spectacular landscapes are just 30 minutes away with sailing and water sports available on nearby Lake Annecy or Leman where the spa town "Evian" has thermal treatments for visitors. The "Tour de France" has passed through Morzine in July each year.
